Mama Nnanna Foundation Supports Dedicated Schoolgirl in Awgu

Mama Nnanna Foundation has provided educational support to Miss Chibuzo Chizaram of Umuogodo Village, Ihe, in Awgu Local Government Area of Enugu State, following a story that touched many hearts.

Chibuzo, a young schoolgirl with a strong passion for learning, was seen studying under poor lighting conditions due to the lack of reliable electricity in her community. Despite the challenges, she remained committed to her education. Her determination caught the attention of a local video blogger, who recorded and shared her story online in the hope of finding assistance for her.

The video was seen by Barr. Henry Nnanna Okeke, Founder and Chairman of Mama Nnanna Foundation, who was moved by Chibuzo’s dedication to her studies. Through the Foundation, he immediately donated ₦100,000 to support her educational needs.

The donation was used to purchase essential study materials, including a reading lantern, reading table, chair, school bag, exercise books, and other learning items. A balance of approximately ₦21,000 was also presented to Chibuzo to assist with additional school expenses.

This support reflects the Foundation’s commitment to promoting education and creating opportunities for young people to pursue their dreams. Chibuzo’s story serves as a reminder that determination, combined with timely support, can make a meaningful difference in a child’s future.
